Abstract: Elementary theory of the quantiles of B-distribution statistical method and its application on the measurement results of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (SE) is given. The six modular shielded en closures are tested in accordance with the SE 1851 (ASTM) standard. Results are presented in the form of the binary functional matrices. Result gives lower and upper confidence limits of the probability of success as a function of assigned confidence level, the sample size and number of defective enclosures in the sample test.
