Abstract: This paper seeks to provide MPEG (MPEG-2, MPEG-4, MPEG-7) and ITU-T (H.263, H.263+, H.263++, H.26L) standardization processes. These developed standards explore every possibility of the digital environment. The analytical design are presented in the form suitable for a straightforward microcontroller implementation.
