Abstract. The purpose of this study is to look for possibilities of more quality constructing, i. e. a better organization and materialization of pre-school premises, and also to deal with the problem which comes up considering children's developing needs, based on the psychological aspect and features such space has to have as children's residence.
Here in the study has been done a systematization of the possible features of the space in pre-school premises where children can spend time considering the level of positive influence that space can have on their abilities development, as well as their cognition process and socialization.

PSIHOLOŠKE RAZVOJE POTREBE I
OSOBINE PROSTORA ZA BORAVAK DECE Sa ciljem da se ispitaju mogućnosti za kvalitetnije arhitektonsko projektovanje, odnosno kvalitetniju organizaciju i materijalizaciju predškolskih prostora, u ovom radu se istražuje problem koji se odnosi na korelaciju dečjih razvojnih potreba, posmatrano sa psihološkog aspekta i osobina koje bi prostori za boravak dece trebalo da poseduju.
U radu je izvršena sistematizacija mogućih svojstava prostora za boravak dece u predškolskim objektima u zavisnosti od njihovog uticaja na postizanje pozitivnih rezultata u razvoju sposobnosti, u unapređenju saznajnih procesa kod dece i razvoju socijalnog ponašanja.
