METHODOLOGY FOR RESEARCH OF HUMAN FACTORS
IN CONTROL AND MANAGING CENTERS
OF AUTOMATED SYSTEMS

Abstract. The research topic of this paper is the research of the
correlative balance between a man-operator and the informative-managing
elements in control and managing centers of Electroenergetic Systems and
Railway Traffic in Yugoslavia. Three completed units of the research are:
a) Biocybernetic system "man-operator" inside which the anthropometry
measures of the operator's body, positions and gestures of the operator's
body, the passing capabilities of the operator causes and consequences
of stressful situations upon the operator's activity and his work have
been researched.
b) Informative-managing system "control and managing center" within
which the ergonomic analysis of the means of information display (display
plates, video terminals, commanding stands),
c) The accompanying system "working environment", within which the
influence of the workplace, lighting and microclimatic conditions in managing
centers on correlative functional balance between operator and center's
elements has been analyzed.

METODOLOGIJA ZA ISTAŽIVANJE LJUDSKIH FAKTORA
U CENTRIMA ZA KONTROLU I UPRAVLJANJE AUTOMATIZOVANIM SISTEMIMA
Predmet istraživanja ovog rada je istraživanje međusobne usklađenosti čoveka-operatora
i informaciono-upravljačkih elemenata u centrima kontrole i upravljanja
elektroprivredom i železnicom Jugoslavije, usmeren na tri zaokružene celine
istraživanja i to:
a) Biokibernetski sistem "čovek-operator" u okviru koga su istraživane
antropometrijske mere tela operatora, stavovi i pokreti tela operatora,
propusne sposobnosti operatora i radne aktivnosti operatora.
b) Informaciono-upravljački sistem "centar kontrole i upravljanja"
u okviru koga su vršene ergonomske analize sredstava za prikazivanje informacija
(prikazne ploče, video terminali i komandni pultovi) i
c) Prateći sistem "radna sredina" u okviru koga se analizira
uticaj radnog prostora, osvetljenosti i mikroklimatskih uslova u centrima
kontrole i upravljanja na međusobnu funkcionalnu usklađenost operatora
i elemenata centara.
