EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON DRYING KINETICS OF SOLID PARTICLES IN FLUIDIZED BED

Abstract. Based on experimental results on kinetics of silica gel polytetra-fluoroethylene, sand and ammonium sulphate drying in fluidized bed and a correlation equation for the mean gas solid heat transfer coefficient in the constant-drayng-rate period a kinetics equation is proposed for both characteristic drying periods. The suitability of introducing the shape factor of the solid particle into the kinetic equation is shown. 
EKSPERIMENTALNO ISTRAŽIVANJE KINETIKE SUŠENJA ČVRSTIH ČESTICA
U FLUIDIZOVANOM SLOJU
U radu je data jednačina kinetike sušenja za oba karakteristična perioda sušenja, na osnovu eksperimentalnih rezultata sušenja silikagela, politetra fluornog etilena, peska i amonijum sulfata u fluidizovanom sloju. Uvedena je korelaciona jednačina za odredjivanje koeficijenta prelaza toplote gas - čvrste čestice u konstantnom periodu sušenja. Ukazuje se na pogodnost uvodjenja faktora oblika čestica u jednačinu kinetike.
