GUIDE VANE POSITION CONTROL OF THE MINI HYDRO POWER PLANT WITH THE REDUCTION OF THE IMPACT OF DISTURBANCES ON THE SYSTEM

The paper deals with the task of achieving the desired position of the hydraulic cylinder piston that is connected to the guided vane ring of the mini hydro power plant under the conditions of disturbances. The purposes of the guide vanes are to control the water flow through the turbine. By varying the position of the guide vanes the water flow is altered and the speed of the machine can then be controlled. The control system is designed by applying the variable structure system theory. The applied control algorithm is based on the digital sliding mode with additional integral action. The conducted simulations have demonstrated that this control algorithm provides a satisfactory positioning and great robustness.

POZICIONIRANJE PRETKOLA KOD MINI HIDRO ELEKTRANA SA SMANJIVANJEM UTICAJA POREMEĆAJA NA SISTEM
Rad se bavi problemom pozicioniranja klipa hidrauličkog cilindra u uslovima poremećaja, koji je povezan sa prstenom predkola mini hidro elektrana. Svrha pretkola jeste da upravlja protokom vode kroz turbine. Promenom položaja pretkola, brzina turbine se može kontrolisati. Upravljački sistem je projektovan primenom teorije sistema promenljive strukture. Primenjeni algoritam upravljanja je zasnovan na digitalnom kliznom režimu sa dodatnim integralnim delovanjem. Sprovedene simulacije pokazale su da ovaj algoritam upravljanja omogućuje zadovoljavajuću preciznost i veliku robusnost.
