The focus of new corporate strategy is on corporate strategic processes of restructuring or patching business portfolio and coevolving its elements. This is a guarantee for efficient business activities.

ZNAČAJ STRATEGIJSKIH PROCESA ZA UPRAVLJANJE EFIKASNOŠĆU PREDUZEĆA Tradicionalni karakter naše privrede zahteva fleksibilne i adaptive forme organizacione strukture i sistema upravljanja, što za rezultat ima stvaranje složenih korporativnih poslovnih aranžmana. U fokusu nove korporativne strategije nalaze se strategijski procesi restrukturiranja odnosno "remapiranja" poslovnog portfolioa i koevoluiranja njegovih elemenata, koji postaju garancija efikasnog obavljanja poslovnih aktivnosti.
