We are pleased to inform you that the XXXVII International Scientific Conference on Information, Communication and Energy Systems and Technologies ICEST 2002 will be held from October 2 through 4 2002, at the Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Nis.

PAPERS PREPARING

Original, previously unpublished papers with scientific and technical contributions are expected. Maximal length of the regular papers is 4 pages, and for invited paper 10 pages. It is desired to occupy even number of pages (2 or 4 for regular and 8 or 10 for invited). Authors are invited to classify their papers according to the topics listed above. Camera-ready papers in electronic version (Microsoft Word 97-XP is recomended) are required by 15 April 2002. Papers must be prepared in accordance with IEEE format. Detailed instructions for preparing and sending a camera ready manuscripts will be available on official Conference web site. Papers will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. Authors will be informed of the decision of the Technical Programme Committee by July 15, 2002. All correspondence will be addressed to the first author.
