Abstract: The systematic study of microstructural-electrical properties correlation has a great importance, especially from the point of view of modelling frequent and hysteresis characteristics in BaTiO_3-ceramics containing a controlled amount of additives. The influence of additives such as and MnCO_3 which affect both the grain size and dielectric properties has been investigated. The low hysteresis and tan delta losses along with the high dielectric permittivity suggest that Ce and Mn improved the capacitor properties of doped BaTiO_3.
